B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for organizing and executing the company’s sales process for products aimed at legal entities, construction companies, design bureaus, architects, and business clients. The main goal is to ensure sales volume growth through the development of profitable partnerships.
Search for and attract new construction projects.
Organize and coordinate the full process from a new construction project to a successfully signed contract (sale).
Conduct negotiations to present the company’s products to potential clients in a professional manner.
Identify partner needs and prepare proposals based on those needs.
Register orders and monitor payments.
Act as the main coordinating contact for potential and existing partners on all matters related to the company.
Support project planning.
Maintain, track, and control clear and effective verbal and written communication between project stakeholders, team members, and managers.
Coordinate final steps related to the completion and payment of an order/project with relevant departments.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all documents exchanged during meetings, negotiations, written correspondence, and other communications.
Timely complete required reports and properly fulfill other duties arising from the job description.
Higher education in management, project management, communications, marketing, services, or related fields.
1–3 years of work experience.
Ability to handle large volumes of verbal and written information.
Attention to detail.
