Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates based on project documentation and technical descriptions

• Analyzing construction materials, work volumes, and market prices for cost calculation

• Ensuring estimates comply with technical and legal requirements

• Collecting and conducting comparative analysis of price offers in collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors

• Preparing calculation documents and reports for management

• Monitoring project expenses during implementation and making adjustments when necessary

• Comparing actual costs with estimated data

• Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor within the professional scope

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance, or a related field

• Excellent knowledge of Excel/MS Office

• Knowledge of estimation software, as well as AutoCAD and 1C, will be considered an advantage

• Strong skills in numerical data analysis and calculation
