Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and high-quality consultation to potential and existing customers visiting the showroom.
• Identify the needs of potential and existing customers and prepare price offers based on those needs.
• Organize and coordinate the process of initiating new orders.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop proposals based on their needs.
• Register orders.
• Monitor customer payments.
• Ensure and coordinate all necessary actions to maintain the continuity of processes between order placement and installation.
• Oversee final procedures related to order completion and payments, in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Act as the responsible contact person for all inquiries related to the company for potential and existing customers.
• Maintain, monitor, and ensure clear and effective verbal and written communication among project stakeholders, team members, and management.
• Control and ensure the accuracy of all outgoing and incoming documents during meetings, negotiations, as well as written correspondence and official documentation.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the management.
• Prepare required reports on time and properly fulfill other duties arising from the job responsibilities.

Education:

• Higher education in communication, marketing, services, or related fields.

Special Knowledge/Foreign Language Proficiency:

• Excellent command of Armenian.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
