The parties, represented by Edgar Avetisyan, CEO of PROFAL, and Eduard Margaryan, CEO of ML Mining, signed a cooperation agreement.

The cooperation between the two companies will be implemented around the “Ayginer Premium”, “Dalma Hills” and “Adonts Premium” projects. All three are multi-apartment premium-class complexes, which are being built in the Kentron, Malatia-Sebastia and Arabkir administrative districts.

PROFAL will carry out the manufacture and installation of aluminum structures, glazing of buildings using modern solutions.

More than 1,000 apartments will be built in the “Ayginer Premium”, “Dalma Hills” and “Adonts Premium” complexes.
