PROFAL and Green Property Development are collaborating on the “Azatutyun” multifunctional complex project. The agreement signed between the parties marks the launch of joint work aimed at shaping a modern, high-quality urban environment in Yerevan.
PROFAL CEO Edgar Avetisyan and Green Property Development CEO Davit Atanesyan signed the cooperation agreement, formalizing both parties’ participation in the implementation of the “Azatutyun” multifunctional complex.
The “Azatutyun” multifunctional complex, under construction at 26/1 Azatutyun Avenue, is designed to set a new benchmark for modern living. The project creates a functional, comfortable, and aesthetically expressive environment aligned with contemporary urban development standards.
Within the framework of the partnership, PROFAL will carry out the cladding works of the building’s ventilated façade systems and will supply high-quality aluminum façade structures, window and door systems, and safe glass railings.
“The ‘Azatutyun’ multifunctional complex is one of the most beautiful projects in the city. . It was designed by the Storket Architectural Studio with great attention to every detail. After extensive discussions with architects and the client, we selected the solutions that we will soon see brought to life,” said Edgar Avetisyan, also emphasizing the project’s energy-efficient and aesthetic solutions.
According to Davit Atanesyan, the complex is shaping the new image of the northern entrance to Yerevan. Despite complex architectural and engineering challenges, a reliable partnership was formed. He added that non-combustible composite panels are being used, ensuring a high level of fire safety.
Project manager Aida Aydinyan noted that the lightweight composite materials selected for the façades combine modern appearance, durability, and operational efficiency, while reducing the building load and improving energy efficiency.
The complex offers views of Mount Aragats, Yeraz Park, Mount Ararat, and Mount Ara. The project includes 147 apartments. In the 18-story main building, 3 floors are designated for public spaces, while the second building will function as modern office infrastructure. The complex will also feature spacious green areas for recreation and leisure.
