The leading Armenian manufacturer of aluminum doors and windows, PROFAL, represented by the CEO of PROFAL GROUP, Edgar Avetisyan, and the major developer company Defanse Housing Invest, represented by the Commercial Director of Defanse Housing, Seyran Mnatsakanyan, have signed a cooperation agreement.

In Yerevan’s Ajapnyak district, adjacent to the North-South Highway, the Defanse Housing neighborhood is under construction. It will include residential complexes, optimal conditions for business activity, and a central forest park of vital importance covering over 40 hectares.

Throughout its nearly 25 years of activity, PROFAL has implemented more than 30,000 projects in Armenia and abroad. With this agreement, the company continues to add value to major local projects through high-quality products and services made from top-tier European raw materials. PROFAL will carry out the installation of doors and windows, as well as external glazing works, for at least 20 residential and commercial buildings in the Defanse Housing multifunctional neighborhood.

PROFAL will supply premium aluminum doors and windows made from European materials, as well as façade constructions. We are participating in the construction of this exceptional district with great responsibility, bringing our experience and high-quality solutions,” said Edgar Avetisyan.

The developer prioritizes collaboration with the best specialized construction companies. The construction of the Defanse Housing neighborhood will take place in three phases, including more than 100 residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, sports and commercial complexes, medical and diagnostic centers, as well as completely new engineering systems.

“By setting a high standard of construction quality, Defanse Housing gives priority to leading companies in the field within the framework of partner cooperation,” noted Seyran Mnatsakanyan.

The installation of doors and windows, as well as external glazing work for the next group of buildings in the residential complex, will be carried out by PROFAL in collaboration with facade specialist “Smart Project” company.
