Responsibilities:

• Glass cutting, grinding, polishing, washing, tempering, or laminating according to production tasks.

• Accurate reading and application of technical drawings and measurements.

• Setup and operation of glass processing equipment.

• Quality control of personal work and teamwork results.

• Training and guiding workers on proper glass handling techniques.

• Identifying technological deviations and reporting them to management.

• Monitoring efficient and economical use of materials.

• Compliance with labor safety and equipment safety regulations.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of technological processes.

• Practical knowledge of glass processing equipment.

• Skills in safe operation of machinery and equipment.

• Accuracy, responsibility, teamwork, and quick problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in insulated glass units or related fields.
